How to move heavylogs without machinery

-saw
-hammer
-nails
-some rope or chain
-German friens/family for muscle power and sound effects
These A-frames can be made out of standing young trees within about 10-15 minutes.
It is a bit sad that we only started thinking about filming this when we were working on the last and by far the smallest log. By the end of the video you see a number of trunks, most much thicker and heavier. All have been moved up the same path with the same A-frames. This simple technology can move at least half ton trunks with ease, albeit slowly.
